Fractional Sales Coach

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Sales Coaches and Retired/Former Sales Leaders with experience in B2B IT and Tech Sales who are passionate about giving back to the sales community. As part of the Skwill Coaching Team, you will deliver one-on-one coaching and group sessions to help our clients excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Personalized Coaching: Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions tailored to individual seller needs.
- Empower Sellers: Help clients overcome challenges by equipping them with strategies to navigate complex sales environments.
- Share Expertise: Leverage your wealth of B2B tech sales experience to guide sellers on best practices, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate Globally: Work with a diverse range of clients from different countries and cultures.
- Contribute to Skwill's Mission: Align with our goal of unlocking peak performance in sales teams worldwide.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in B2B IT / Technology sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Coaching Skills: Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or training sales professionals is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the current B2B IT and Tech sales landscape and its challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology Proficient: Comfortable using virtual communication tools and coaching platforms.
- Passion to Give Back: A strong desire to help others succeed and contribute to the sales community.
